Browser Specifications:
Our web-sites are designed on Internet Explorer 4.0 and are tested on Internet Explorer 3.0+ and Netscape 3.0+. Although supported, we recommend not using Internet Explorer 3.0 due to its lack of JavaScript features. By using Internet Explorer 3.0, you will miss enhancements that were built to make your Internet browsing experience easy, understandable, and fun.

If you are using a browser below Internet Explorer 4.0 or Netscape 3.0, we highly recommend you to contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to learn how to obtain a newer browser or click on the link below to find out how you can download and install the latest version of the Internet Explorer.

Maximizing Your Viewing Area:
The larger the viewing area is set on your browser, the more information you can see at one time. If your viewing area is too small, you might miss links or the site might confuse you. To maximize your browser window, please do the following:

Maximize Your Window In the Windows 95+ and Windows NT environments, you will find three buttons in the upper-right hand corner of most windows. If your browser is maximized, the center of the three buttons appear as two boxes. If it is not maximized, you will see a single box instead (please see the illustration below). If your browser is not maximized, please click the center of the three buttons (the single box). If done correctly, the browser window should encompass most of the screen and the center of the three buttons will change to two boxes.

Enabling JavaScript:
JavaScript enhancements have been included throughout our sites to assist you with finding links, to provide summaries for links you are about to visit, and/or to appease you with enhanced multimedia features. By default, most browsers have JavaScript enabled. However, if our sites appear inanimate to you, please check your JavaScript settings on your browser.

Internet Explorer 4.0+:

1. Click VIEW located near the upper-left hand corner of the browser.
2. Select INTERNET OPTIONS from the drop-down menu.
3. An INTERNET OPTIONS window should appear. Select the ADVANCED tab located in the upper-right hand corner.
4. Scroll down to the very bottom to the "Java VM" section.
5. Make sure at least the "Java JIT Compiler Enabled" option is checked.
6. Click OK to save your changes.
7. Close your browser and restart it.

Netscape 3.x:

1. Click OPTIONS located near the upper-left hand corner of the browser.
2. Select NETWORK PREFERENCES from the drop-down menu.
3. A PREFERENCES windows should appear. Select the LANGUAGES tab located in the upper-right hand corner.
4. Make sure the "Enable JavaScript" option is checked.
5. Click OK to save your changes.
6. Close your browser and restart it.

Netscape 4.x:

1. Click EDIT located near the upper-left hand corner of the browser.
2. Select PREFERENCES from the drop-down menu.
3. A PREFERENCES window should appear. Click on ADVANCED on the left side, under the CATEGORY section.
4. Make sure the "Enable JavaScript" option is checked.
5. Click OK to save your changes.
6. Close your browser and restart it.

JavaScript Errors:
Although each of our site is thoroughly tested, we acknowledge the possibility that we might have overlooked certain JavaScript errors. Browsers can encounter internal errors sporadically. Most of our sites are designed for 640x400 or 800x600, 256+ colors. However, bigger screen dimensions and higher color settings will make your Internet experience more aesthetically pleasing. In short, maximizing your monitor potential will make using the computer visually pleasant. To maximize your monitor settings, please do the following:

1. Click on the START button or use CTRL+ESC.
2. Select SETTINGS from the START MENU.
3. Click on the CONTROL PANEL.
4. Double click on the DISPLAY icon.
5. A DISPLAY PROPERTIES window should appear. Go to the SETTINGS tab.
6. Move the SCREEN AREA switch to 1024x768 or 800x600.
7. Select either "256 Colors", "High Color (16-bit)", or a higher color setting.
8. Click OK to save your changes.
